Since 2018, we have been providing nearly HUF 40 million a year to support inclusive early childhood development in marginalised Roma communities in North-East Hungary. The main donor of the program, which has been running for more than five years, will end its support by the end of 2024. Therefore, we start working on the sustainability and continuation of the program, and the supported local projects of our local partners. In January 2023, our Board of Directors awarded grants for this purpose to the following local organizations. All of them run initiatives focusing on early childhood development and parenting skills in marginalised Roma communities. Grants awarded to :
- Village Developers of Bükkszentmárton- 1500000 HUF
- Somnakuno Drom Roma Civil Woman Association (Nagykálló) - 2000000 HUF
- SZETA Eger Foundation (Eger) - 1000000 HUF
- Hungarian-Roma Association in Szomolya -2000000 HUF
- Pearl of Tarna Association (Szajla) - 1500000 HUF
- National Association of Roma Women of the 21st Century- (Nyíregyháza) – 2000000 HUF
