Announcement – Results of the “Mini-Grants 2025” call for proposals

 

The Carpathian Foundation is pleased to announce that the evaluation process for the “Mini -Grants 2025” call for proposals has been completed. The aim of the program is to support rural civil society organizations operating in disadvantaged border regions of the Carpathian Euroregion in capacity building, organizational development, and cross-border cooperation.

The Board of Directors of the foundations involved in the implementation of the program have awarded the following grants per country:

ROMANIA

•    Zöld Berek Association – Bridges – With Hands and Hearts – EUR 2,600

•    Asociația Pro Democrația – Filiala Oradea – Participatory Oradea – Meetings for Transparency and Engagement – EUR 2,600

POLAND

•    CONTEO Foundation – Safe Ride Scooter: Borderless Safety – EUR 1,000

•    Ukrainian Home Foundation – Carpathian CIVILinks – EUR 1,000

•    GERMANITAS Foundation – Carpathian Language Café „Karpatka” – EUR 2,600

•    Ukrainian Home Foundation – DIM fest Kolyada: Carpathian Intercultural Winter Festival of Communities – EUR 2,600

UKRAINE

•    NGO New Generation of Zakarpattia – Children Need Childhood – EUR 1,200

•             NGO Movement to Support Transcarpathian Soldiers – Uzhhorod – Standard Operating Procedure for Engaging Volunteers – 2000 EUR

•    NGO Volunteer Center of Uzhhorod National University – Prevention of Burn out of Volunteers – 1300 EUR

•    NGO “Helping Hand” – Repairment of mini Bus for the organization's activities – 1600 EUR

•    CARPATHIAN HUMAN RIGHTS AGENCY “Vested” – Cross Border Forum and Activities for Youth Engagement – 1100 EUR

•    Észak-Keleti Átjáró Egyesület – MISKOLC-ROZSNYÓ RETÚR project – EUR 1,000

•    Egyesek Youth Association – Building relationships between Szécsény (HU) and Bardejov (SK) – EUR 600

•    Igazgyöngy Foundation – Organizational culture building – EUR 2,600

•    County Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired SZSZB – Let's Build a Bridge – EUR 2,600

The supported organizations will also be notified by email. Start date of supported projects: October 1, 2025.

The program is co-financed by the governments of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia under the International Visegrad Fund's "Visegrad Grants" program and supported by the Erste Foundation.
