Early Years Matter

Within the framework of the Early Years Matter Program, we participated in a two-day training and best practice visit with representatives of NGOs working in early childhood education and care (ECEC) from Northern Hungary in Eger, Hungary, on 10-11 October 2022. On the first day, trainers from the International Child Development Initiatives (ICDI) and the head of our partner, Partners Hungary Foundation, held a training session aimed at familiarising participants with the value and challenges of integrating early childhood services and better preparing them to act to integrate services. We were able to get an insight into good practice in other countries and to present the situation at home. We developed a common vision and action plan to help early childhood education and care.

On the second day, we visited Nagydobos, where we visited the „Play Hub”. We had the opportunity to exchange experiences with experts from the local action group linked to the “Play Hub”.

We had a meaningful and useful two days together! Thank you and we wish you continued successful work!
