Join the public collection of the Carpathian Foundation-Slovakia for restoration of the firewrecked gem of Slovak national culture and opened in partnership with Rozhlas a televízia Slovenska (Slovak Radio and Television).

On 10 March, 2012, all roofs and a part of the interior of the Krásna Hôrka Castle burned. The Carpathian Foundation now gives you an opportunity to contribute to the renovation of this important cultural monument and to make a donation to the public money collection.

All donations will be used to cover costs of works connected with restoration, renovation and repairs of the castle interiors and historic collections.

The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) granted 50.000 USD to support the institutional development of the Carpathian Foundation in 2012 as well after 2011.
 
Acknowledging the Carpathian Foundation’s achievements regarding its self-development, as the CharlesStewartMottFoundation supported the Carpathian Foundation’s institutional development in 2009-2010, the GMF supports our development to empower the Carpathian Foundation tosuccessfully fulfillits strategy; as well as to improve and expand the knowledge, expertise andskills of the staff, to enhance the Foundation'sfundraising capacity, and to help establishing a  closer, effective co-operation with its target groups.
